HOCKEY: Corinthians' men stamped their authority in Warwick Hockey yet again with a dominating win over Harlequins in the weekend's Mid-Season Cup clash.

Lachie Moore opened the scoring for Corinthians after a tough first 10 minutes.

Corinthians played outstandingly as a team, showing there is no chink in their armour, and ground away at Harlequins until the goals followed.

Donald Costigan was next to find the back of the net, swooping on a loose ball and new player Tim Cranston showed his strength with a strong shot at goal going through the keeper.

Craig March also scored twice, and Costigan scored another goal in the second half.

Corinthians defence of Dave Bergermann, Robert Murphy and goalie Mitch Garrett stopped any attacking play from the Harlequins strikers Craig Windle, Rob Farrell and Brett Abood. …
