Could you tell us about your family: My partner and I have three children.

Any family pets? A loyal Labrador and a very active Australian kelpie!

What's your educational background? I attended school in Melbourne and completed a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from Monash University. I have also attained a post graduate diploma in adult education and training from Melbourne University. I hold a Diploma of Fine Arts from Murwillumbah TAFE. What's your work history? A former policy advisor for the Department of Small Business and Industry Development, I specialised in program delivery in business management training and reducing government red tape for small business owners over a 15-year period.

I currently operate a consultancy business assisting not-for-profit organisa-tions develop innovative programs and achieve grant funding.

How did you end up in the Richmond electorate? I was born in Melbourne and was lucky enough to settle with my family about eight years ago.

Why did you get interested in politics? I have always been committed to social and environmental justice. Politics is a natural progression from years of working in and listening to the local community. …
