FUNNY guy Arj Barker took time out from his busy touring schedule to work out at Rockhampton Fitness Centre ahead of his performance at Pilbeam Theatre.

He got stuck into the weights with mate and support act to his Go Time show, Joel Ozborn. The pair is currently in the middle of a nation-wide tour and it's good to see they are keeping up with appearances.

He's got talent

The youngster, nine, wowed judges in the first show of the current season with his rendition of My Girl. Dean and his family now live in Woorabinda after moving to the region from Cairns.
