Article excerpt

LONG standing Ray White principal and Sunshine Coast community man Brett Graham has opened his fifth office under Australia's largest property group.

Ray White Sippy Downs has opened its doors at a time when the Queensland property market is becoming more active, days on market are shortening and confidence is high.

Queensland CEO Tony Warland says the opportunity for Brett to service the Sippy Downs area presented itself quite naturally and he couldn't think of a better operator to be in that space.

"Brett is synonymous with real estate and currently operates Ray White businesses in Maroochydore, Buderim, Mountain Creek and Mooloolaba," said Tony.

"Brett and his team of 80 plus experts are well-known on the Sunshine Coast and this new office will complement his determination and expertise in the industry."

Brett Graham says Sippy Downs is commonly known as a university suburb.

"Traditionally, it is a suburb that has attracted investors but more and more owner occupiers are moving in," he said.

"There are parks and waterways supported by a good local shopping centre, tavern, gym and other conveniences."

Brett Graham and his team of local experts offer an incredible personalised service to the community and are actively involved in schools, sporting teams and charity functions.

Brett has a personal commitment to call at least 52 auctions a year for local and national charity occasions.

"A 24 hour turnaround of a little Mooloolaba house for Naomi Doyle saw a contract signed for $385,000 following multiple offers," Vicki said. "In fact Naomi sold the cheapest listing at $220,000 as well as the most expensive at $1,650,000.

"It says a lot about the office when no matter what price you are looking to achieve, the team here can, and will make it happen for you.

"The best thing about the month is that every member of the sales team had success. Mary Prowd sold 24 Molokai after a lot of hard work.

"The vendors had been through a bit of a rough time and were so thrilled with the result we achieved for them.

"Then there was the unit in Seaforth that Mary listed and sold within 24 hours. She was busy putting together the inventory while the contracts were being prepared. …
