TROUBLEMAKER Michelle Stephenson is behind bars after racking up conviction number 165.

She teamed up with her brother Shaun Marshall to batter a man and gouge at his eyes in Walker, Newcastle.

The pair have now both been locked up - and in jail they join another sibling, Michael Stevenson, who viciously killed 89-year-old Newcastle war veteran, Harry Lindley in 2008.

Stephenson, 28, approached the victim, a 36-year-old man from Albania, as he was on his way home to Hexham House, Walker, around 11.10pm on Friday September 27.

Stephenson accused him of being cheeky to Marshall. Prosecutor Paul Rowland said: "He told her he had not, however she began hitting him round the face and Marshall also joined in hitting him. This continued for some time."

As the victim tried to get away they ripped his jumper off. He was only saved when he saw two police officers.

Stephenson, who already had 164 previous convictions, pleaded guilty to assault and was jailed for eight months. …
