COURT IN BRIEF AMONG the cases dealt with by Teesside Magistrates' Court on December 18 were: Judith Therese Mullen, 38, of New Road, Guisborough, given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay PS15 costs for theft.

Jonathan Lee Forster, 39, of Sydenham Road, Stockton, given a 12-month community order with 225 hours' unpaid work requirement and ordered to pay PS100 compensation and PS510 costs for assault. AMONG the cases dealt with by Teesside Magistrates' Court on December 19 were: Stephen Harker, 27, of Bowley Walk, Cannon Park, Middlesbrough, jailed for 28 days and fined PS200 with PS105 costs for theft and going equipped for theft.

Claire Louise Halpin, 25, of Eddison Way, Hemlington, given a one-year community order with a supervision requirement and ordered to pay PS500 compensation for criminal damage and breaching a non-molestation order.

Christopher Dunn, 47, of Thorntree House, Cargo Fleet Lane, Middlesbrough, given a one-year community order with an unpaid work requirement and ordered to pay PS145 costs for breaching a restraining order.

Ross Charles Wilson, 22, of Acklam Road, Middlesbrough, given a one-year community order with an activity requirement, a curfew requirement and a supervision requirement, made the subject of a restraining order and ordered to pay PS50 compensation with PS145 costs for assault.

Faisal Ali, 27, of The Avenue, Middlesbrough, banned from driving for six months and fined PS110 with PS105 costs for using a vehicle without insurance.

Alisha Morgan, 26, of Cheddar Close, Middlesbrough, given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay PS2,700 compensation for theft.

Danielle Raine, 22, of Newby Grove, Thornaby, fined PS50 and ordered to pay PS42.35 compensation with PS250 costs for theft.

Savannah Helen Tyers, 36, of Aislaby Grange Bungalows, Eaglescliffe, fined PS600 and ordered to pay PS110 costs for failing to give driver information.

Anthony John Mulraney, 36, of Greencroft Walk, Middlesbrough, given a one-year community order with an unpaid work requirement and ordered to pay PS60 costs for theft. …
