Office Specialist Looks to Expand Operations; EXPANSION

AFAST-GROWING office and workspace specialist is looking to expand its operations and create more jobs in its 30th year.

Washington-based AMH Workspace has weathered the storm of the economic downturn and continues to serve the commercial property sector, working with architects, designers and office occupiers to create workspaces for businesses.

The firm, which was set up in 1984 by Ian and Clarice Moir has since grown to a 15-strong team with a number of its staff having been there for more than 20 years.

As a result of the market picking up towards the end of 2013, the company, which has been in the same location for 15 years, announced contract wins of more than PS1.2m for the last quarter.

Over three decades, AHM has worked with clients, including Procter & Gamble, NHS, GE and Aviva.

Ian Moir, managing director, said: "'We have already started the search for new premises as we have outgrown our existing space which we have been in for 15 years now. …
