IT WILL be a good news story of quite some degree if youthful trainer the Fiona Geary-trained Paranorman is able to take out the Pullen's Produce Maiden - the opening event of the Grafton Greyhound Racing Club's 10-event program this afternoon.

Paranorman came to Fiona as a pup with one of his littermates on a deal where the Geary family would raise both pups and get to keep one for their efforts. Kim is a relative newcomer to the greyhound racing game and Valentine King is the result of her venture into the breeding game and she would be quite proud of his achievements to date. As his record suggests, Valentine King is rarely far away at the finish and he does possess reliable box manners which will once again be the key to his chances. …
