SMITH (Burnopfield). Peacefully on 10th February, aged 80 years, Joyce (nee Waugh), dearly loved wife of the late Jim, much loved mam of Lynn, Raymond, Karen and Jeffrey, cherished grandma of Gemma, Sarah, Holly and Katie, also dear sister to Christine, Brian and Winston. Will be sadly missed by all her loving family and friends. Friends please meet for service at Mountsett Crematorium on Wednesday 19th February at 1.15pm, prior to cremation. By request family flowers only, donation in lieu to Prostate Cancer UK.

SPICER (Whitley Bay). At North Tyneside General Hospital on 2nd February 2014, aged 88 years, Peggy. She will be greatly missed by all family and friends. Funeral Service to be held at Whitley Bay Crematorium, Blyth Road, Whitley Bay. NE26 4NH on Wednesday 19th February at 11.15am. No flowers please.

WALKER (Ebchester). Peacefully in Derwent Care Home on 9th February, aged 83 years, Ken, beloved husband of Lou, loving father of Susan and dear father-in-law, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and uncle of all the family. Will be sadly missed by all family and friends. Friends please meet for a Memorial Service at St. Ebba's Church, Ebchester on Tuesday 18th February at 2.45pm. Ken's family would like to thank all staff at Derwent Care Home for their care and support during Ken's illness. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Dementia UK.
