Article excerpt

What was your original career choice? I went to university in Perth to study a Bachelor of Business in hotel management.

First sale? First sale in the Coolum area was a funky prefabricated house at 1 Tanah St West, Mount Coolum. Called ModShack, it sold for $432,000.

Comfort food? Slow-roasted lamb shoulder and a big glass of cab sav.
