As one of the first Trusts to integrate both acute and community services, Buckinghamshire says it offers unique opportunities for those forging a nursing career there.
With two acute hospitals, five community hospitals, a hospice and care provided throughout the community, including people's own homes, the Trust offers a range of different experiences, which it says "you just would not be able to get elsewhere".
Carolyn Morrice, the newly appointed chief nurse, adds that the Trust's vision, and nursing's place within that, is what makes "it one of the best places to work in the NHS".
"We have a clear mission to provide safe and compassionate care every time, and I am looking for committed staff who will share our vision and values to join us," she says.
"I am making sure our nurses have a voice, and that senior nurses are visible to them and support and develop them in their careers with us. I want all our nurses to feel actively engaged and involved with our quality improvement programme, to champion change that will improve the patient experience. I want to empower all nurses to feel able to challenge.
"This is great for both newly qualified and more experienced nurses," continues Morrice, who says the Trust is also creating rotational posts in relation to patient pathways.

Newly qualified nurses: Newly qualified nurses will undertake a 12-month preceptorship programme and are all given a named mentor or supervisor. The multi-professional preceptorship ensures all newly qualified nurses are given the skills and competencies to move from a band 5 to a band 6 practitioner.
Career pathways: All staff nurses are given visible and transparent career pathways, and a role that will lead to development.
