CONNECTIONS of Warrior Of Light have lofty expectations for their charge and will surely be disappointed if he cannot get his head in front in the Download The BetVictor App Now Handicap at Kempton.

While it is a massive step from winning this to lining up in the Epsom Classic, Warrior Of Light looks certain to improve for the 11 furlongs he tackles this time and this could be a nice staging post on the way to better targets.

Dancealot should prove a worthy top weight in the Follow At BetVicTORRACING On Twitter Handicap after some excellent juvenile efforts last term.

Not beaten far by Classic hope J Wonder, Clive Brittain's charge went on to win a Newmarket nursery before finishing a creditable third in Listed company after making an early bid for glory.

A mark of 85 looked too tough on her final start and her return effort at Newmarket over 10 furlongs yielded little joy as she finished last of 14 runners, beaten 46 lengths.

However, that run came in one of the ultra-competitive Tattersalls Millions races and quite probably both the trip and quality of the opposition were to blame for her sound defeat.

Switched to a mile and dropped in class, Dancealot lines up on a perch of 81 and might have a bit of mileage in her yet. …
