AMONG the cases dealt with by Teesside Magistrates' Court on June 3 were: Scott James Helm, 37, of Outram Street, Middlesbrough, given a 12-month community order with programme and supervision requirements, and ordered to pay PS60 costs for breaching a restraining order.

Mark Donnelly, 40, of Clive Road, Middlesbrough, fined PS110 with PS105 costs for failing to attend a follow-up assessment.

Danny Eeles, 24, of Cowpen Crescent, Stockton, fined PS180 with PS105 costs for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour, driving a vehicle without an appropriate licence, using a vehicle without insurance and using a vehicle without MoT.

John Joseph Hones, 40, of Crossfields, Coulby Newham, given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay PS100 costs for theft.

Mark McCarron, 38, of Avon Road, Redcar, ordered to pay PS250 compensation with PS85 costs for criminal damage.

Jake Oliver, 21, of Langthorpe, Nunthorpe, fined PS110 with PS105 costs for without reasonable excuse to comply with a notification requirement.

Jonathon Daniel Gibson, 28, of Dufton Road, Middlesbrough, given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay PS100 costs for possessing a Class B drug.
