I WAS lying awake, pondering the meaning of life, when I realised it had been a while since I had done anything for the sisterhood.

And I got to thinking that for too long we blokes have been pretending we get the rough end of the pineapple.

I'm here to tell you we've got it easy.

I think, if we were honest, blokes would rather be on a losing grand final team than spend a day as a woman.

Why would we want a life of exfoliations that bring tears to our eyes; high heels that make walking a nightmare and constant fear that the tin of tuna we had for lunch just added half a kilo to our thighs?

Give me hairy legs (armpits, bikini line, back - take your pick), sensible shoes and a hamburger any day.

But there is one reason above all else why most men wouldn't swap places with women - public toilets. …
