A little bit of worry can be a good thing if it motivates us to take action and make changes. All too often the worry can become more of a concern than the problem itself. Have you heard the expression "I'm a born worrier"? People often say it in away that suggests that it's just the way it is and nothing can be done about it. This is not the case.
