Jaguars Give Boot to Tackle Bradfield; Veteran Directly Responsible for2 of Team-Record 10 Sacks in Loss

A day after Jaguars coach Gus Bradley anticipated personnel changes in the wake of the 41-10 loss to the Washington Redskins, the team Tuesday waived veteran Cam Bradfield, who had started the first two games at right tackle.

Bradfield was directly responsible for giving up two of the team-record 10 sacks and was benched in the fourth quarter. He was filling in for Austin Pasztor, who has been out since Aug. 14 because of a broken right hand.

In other roster moves, the Jaguars placed tight end Marcedes Lewis (left ankle) on injured reserve with a designation to return, promoted Marcel Jensen from the practice squad and signed receiver Tavarres King off the Carolina Panthers' practice squad.

Pasztor hasn't returned to practice following hand surgery and will need to test out a club-like cast this week in order to be available Sunday against Indianapolis. If he can't go, Sam Young would start. Rookie Josh Wells is the other reserve offensive tackle. …
