No Gray Areas, the League Is Quakers' Priority; EVO-STIK FIRST DIVISION NORTH

MARTIN Gray has warned Darlington 1883 they must remain focused on their promotion challenge.

The Quakers return to Evo-Stik North action at home to Burscough today after victory at Radcliffe Borough in the FA Trophy and Tuesday's Durham Challenge Cup defeat to Spennymoor Town.

Topping the table by a point from Salford City - who have three games in hand - they have won their last six league games and are unbeaten in seven. Gray - who has a full squad to select from - said: "We're in good form, we want to keep that going.

"We did well in the Trophy, it's a competition we want to do well in, and the Spennymoor game gave me a chance to rest a few players.

"There was no way I was playing a full-strength side in that one, especially with the league game against them next week.

"Now we're back to the bread and butter, and it's important we stay focused. We've won our last six (league) games but it's all about winning the next one. …
