LIKE Jimmy Savile, comedian Bill Cosby will never face justice.

Over the past few weeks woman after woman, including former model and I'm A Celebrity star Janice Dickinson, has come forward publicly accusing the American of not only sexual assault but rape.

But, whereas the due to his death, But, whereas the Jim'll Fix It host avoided action due to his death, 77-year-old Cosby will never have the chance to prove his innocence in court as the alleged offences happened so long ago.

He is, because of his country's statutes of limitation, untouchable by US law.

His character, Dr Cliff Huxtable, epitomised everything that was good in the States.
