ALDUS EDDIE (Blyth). Peacefully in Waterloo House on 25th December, aged 80 years, Eddie, much loved husband of the late Pearl (nee Charlton), loving dad of Stephen, Angela and Deborah, grandad of Jamie and Natalie and great grandad of Harley. Cortege leaving from sons residence on Monday 12th January for Service and cremation at Cowpen Crematorium at 1.00pm. Friends please meet at crematorium. BAIRD ELLEN (Choppington). Formerly of Morpeth. Peacefully in hospital on 28th December 2014, aged 90 years, Ellen. Sadly missed by all her fellow residents and all who cared for her. BATEY DAVID (Wallsend). Died suddenly on 22nd December 2014, aged 67. Beloved son of the late John and Peggy, loving brother of Eunice and devoted Uncle to Claire and James. Peacefully in hospital on 29th December, aged 80 years, Ann (nee Irving), much loved mam of Christine and Brian, dear grandma, mother-in-law and sister of the late George, Leslie and Sidney. Suddenly at home on Sunday 28th December 2014, aged 83 years, Idris, dearly loved husband of the late Rose, much loved dad of Janet, David, Lynn, Susan and the late Carol, father-in-law of Paul, Terry and the late Eric, a dear grandad and great grandad and friend to many.
