Francis Moynihan is 21 and he likes helping people.

"I've been doing this since I was 16. I like helping people and I like training. I also work casually at Harvey Norman. We are here at the shed today for precaution. The sandbags keep water out of homes and it means people can be comfortable in their home. These are 15kg bags. We are able to drop them to people or they can pick them up for free here. My advice for the cyclone would be to prepare as best as you can. Get valuable stuff off your floor."

Daniel Moynihan has been in the SES since he was 16.

"I am 33 now. I work at Woolies at Kirkwood. My dad has been in the SES for a long time. His name is John and he is the group leader here and also an ambulance officer. We are a very community-minded family. At the SES we train every Monday night. …
