JESSE Price-Connolly's father, John, may have coached the Wallabies, but that hasn't stopped the young bloke from choosing golf over the game they play in heaven.

Jesse, 10, was a keen footballer until he joined his old man for a game of golf and fell in love with it instantly.

Within six months he was playing off a handicap of 12.

Although he still plays rugby at school level for Immanuel Lutheran College, he has given up club football to focus on the fairways.

"Dad was really supportive when I told him I wanted to stop playing club football," Jesse said. …
