TO MOST of us, bikini model Jade McKee's fitness regime sounds like torture.

For at least five times a week, the 30-year-old wakes up early to hit the gym for at least an hour.

She's also on a strict, high-protein diet where she eats six meals a day - and no junk food.

Her hard work has paid off though, with the Raceview physiotherapist winning a title at the Arnold Classic in Melbourne.

The international event, which was held in Australia for the first time, featured bodybuilding as well as fight, athletic and endurance sports.

It is named in honour of bodybuilding champ, politician and action movie star Arnold Schwarzenegger, who attended the event.

Mrs McKee muscled in to win the Arnold Classic Australia Overall Bikini title.

The achievement has now made her eligible to receive her Pro Card and - if inclined - pursue a pro bodybuilding career.

Mrs McKee said she became interested in the sport through her husband Adam, who trained for bodybuilding competitions as well. …
