WHO'S feeling some of that post Easter guilt? Maybe you had a birthday on the weekend, or a hen's night, or a quiet night in turned into takeaway and ice cream. Its okay, you're probably not the only one. But how do you bounce back after a slip up?

Although some experts say after overeating, it can take up to three days to feel like your old, slender self. Here are a few no-sacrifice tips to get you back on track right away.

1. Forgive yourself. It's not a crime to indulge. We are all human. Dwelling on your binge will only make you more upset.

2. Hydrate. Staying hydrated can aid in binge recovery by aiding digestion and fighting gas-induced bloating. Keep a water bottle by your side for the next few days. Doing so will help flush out any excess salt that's making you bloated. …
