IT'S all about great music and good times for the lads from local band Young Dingoes, and with their first album to be released soon, the fun is just beginning.

Jarred Hahn, 22, Jordy Carr, 21, and Ash Travaini, 20, got together in December last year and have since been making a name for themselves on the Bundaberg music scene.

"We originally started because one of our friends hit us up for a gig - we didn't really have much to play," Hahn said.

But with the release of their EP at the end of the month, the boys have come a long way in a short time to establish themselves.

"Our style is a whole jumble of stuff - indie, alternative, psychedelic and rock," Hahn and Carr said.

"Our musical influences would be Australian bands like Tame Impala and Sticky Fingers; they've all just got a really good sound. …
