Lego Heaven Lets Kids' Imaginations Run Wild

UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Under Construction runs weekdays from Monday, June 29 to Friday, July 10 from 10am-3pm.

Cost is $10 per child and bookings are not required.

An evening session will be held Wednesday, May 8 from 4.30pm-7pm. Bookings can be made at cobbandco. qm.qld.gov.au

THESE school holidays, children will be able to use their imagination to build Lego creations as part of the Cobb+Co Museum holiday program.

The Under Construction program includes Lego brick constructions, a flying robot show, giant straw bridges, hand made drums, and fiery blacksmithing forges.

Museum director Deborah Bailey said children were already enjoying themselves.

"As with all our holiday programs we combine fun and learning, so parents and children alike are happy," Ms Bailey said.

"Under Construction encourages children to use their own imagination and make their own creations using Lego bricks and other materials, while also teaching them basic design principles," she said. …
