LIVE jazz music has been heard in the main street of Warwick this week, thanks to the skilled hands of jazz musician Jeff Usher.

This is the second year Mr Usher has played at the Jumpers and Jazz in July festival and he enjoys coming out to Warwick for a chance to play for the locals.

The talented musician has found himself in high demand this year, playing on Sunday at Just Because, before playing yesterday and today outside the Warwick Town Hall from 10am-2pm .

On top of his gigs in Warwick, Mr Usher will perform at the Keys to the City pop-up piano project in Inala, as part of the state-wide festival.

For 17 days pianos will appear in 40 locations across Brisbane, including in train stations, libraries, parks, streets and even by the beach.

Then he will appear at the Brisbane Jazz Club for a showcase gig with a 10-piece band and that's on top of his regular gig at the Nu Orleans restaurant in Ipswich where he plays twice a week. …
