TEESSIDE-BORN pair Geoff Parling and Calum Clark have one final opportunity to impress tomorrow before England's Rugby World Cup squad is finalised.

Stockton-born lock Parling and former Darlington RFC flanker Clark will both start for Stuart Lancaster's side at Twickenham against France tomorrow evening.

Clark is one of three England players to be handed their full debuts, along with former Great Britain rugby league star Sam Burgess and centre Henry Slade.

That means Clark must hit the ground running against Les Bleus and catch the eye, with England's 31-man World Cup squad to be confirmed at the end of this month.

Parling's place in the squad is more secure, with the Exeter Chiefs second row expected to battle it out with Joe Launchbury and Courtney Lawes for a starting role.
