Raw Cacao Honey Chia Pudding


1/4 cup chia seed

1/4 cup raw cacao

1/8 cup coconut syrup

1/8 cup raw honey

400-500ml coconut cream


Blend all the ingredients together and refrigerate.

COULD a mobile phone prevent obesity? It sounds crazy, but it could work.

"Young adults are gaining more weight than any other group, with the average body mass index of 18- to 24-year-olds now in the overweight range," said the lead researcher of a study involved in obesity prevention via mobile phones, Professor Margaret Allman-Farinelli, from the University of Sydney's Charles Perkins Centre and Faculty of Science.

Young people are the highest consumers of soft drinks and sweetened drinks, and the lowest consumers of vegetables and fruit, making it obvious why they can have big struggles with their weight.
