THERE is a lot more to nude yoga than meets the eye.

While everyone might be in their birthday suit, there is a deeper meaning for women attending the class - which nude yoga instructor Rosie Rees (pictured) describes as liberating.

For Rosie, the purpose behind nude yoga is to help women confront body issues and fall in love with their bodies. The 28-year-old yoga instructor stumbled on the idea of teaching naked after a hot day saw her do her yoga routine in her back yard, without any clothes on.

"I had the sun on my skin, the wind in my hair and it felt almost euphoric," Rosie said.

After having success with the new class in Perth, Rosie decided to tour the country and help women around the world overcome any body issues they may be facing. …
