I FOUND myself in a bit of a quandary a couple of weeks ago. I had so much work, no time and unfortunately I could not delegate it to someone.

The stress was building, with the fatigue. My partner thought he phoned the wrong number and had been speaking to someone else due to the amount of whinging and whining. I was at the precipice.

This can be the norm for many people all the time. Lately, I have heard that "there are not enough hours in the day".

Maybe that is right; however, at the end of the day it is ultimately about how and what we do with our day.

'Time management' is often called an oxymoron because we cannot manage time. We can only manage what we do with it.

I worked as an administrative assistant many years ago, and anyone who has worked as one knows you are all things to all people: someone who solves every problem, while having the ability to complete their own work.
