Kickoff for the Georgia-Florida game is 3:30 p.m. Saturday at EverBank Field. But there's a lot more going on that just the game:

The official welcome center, with free coffee, first aid, lost and found, ATMs and ice for sale, is across from EverBank Field near Metropolitan Park. It's open 8 a.m. to midnight Friday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday.

The city has Sideline Safety Zones in six locations where people can come for basic medical help, directions, food, water and coffee. The Sideline Safety Zones are penalty free, so you can't get in trouble if you go there, regardless of your condition. From the city's website: "The Zone is about helping people, not punishing people. Students who request assistance at the Zone for themselves or their friends will not be subject to legal action on alcohol issues." Zones are inside the Jacksonville Landing, at RV City, at the corner of Laura Street and Independent Drive, at the Welcome Center, at Bay and Catherine streets and outside EverBank Field's south end zone. There is also a safety hotline, (904) 630-7233.

Georgia-Florida Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, 11:30 a.m. Friday at the West Club inside EverBank Field. Jabar Gaffney, Chris Leak, Richard Seymour and Rex Robinson will be inducted. Tickets are $60.

Tailgate, from 5 to 11:30 p.m. Friday at Metropolitan Park. The Band Perry, Sister Hazel, Corey Smith and Jon Langston will perform, and there will be vendors and food trucks on hand. It's for all ages, but anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Gates open at 2 p.m. $25-$125.

Touchdown Showdown, 10 a.m. to the end of the game Saturday outside EverBank Field's south end zone. There will be interactive games, merchandise and food sales and big screen TVs showing the game. You do not need a ticket to enter. …
