Lingerie Shoot Shayks Up the Venerable V&A

PHWOAR, what lovely Dutch-style tiles, unfortunately obscured by Irina Shayk, pictured, in her undies. The photograph comes from a set released at the end of last week of the model and former girlfriend of footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, tagged by some titles as taken in a "stately home".

Not so, as any aficionado of the V&A will tell you: that's the museum's cafeteria the tiles were painted by the good ladies of the Schools of Design in the 1860s. There are more photos of Shayk standing Venus-like in the rotunda in front of the Dale Chihuly glass chandelier and in repose in a pink negligee in the library.

V&A staff were rather shocked when they saw the pictures. "I don't think the V&A has sunk quite this low before," one told told us. "And the public aren't allowed to take pictures in the library."

So how did young Irina, now stepping out with actor Bradley Cooper, manage to show off her undies in the galleries? …
