ADELE AT THE BBC1, 8.30pm Much of the narrative surrounding the launch of Adele's latest single, Hello, has focused on her use of a hilariously outdated flip-phone in the accompanying video. However the fact that there is such a narrative is testament to the singersongwriter's popularity. Yes, with Hello dialling in first-week sales of 333,000 (A three-year UK record), the Tottenham songstress is a big deal. This special one-off performance, then, which sees her take the stage with her full band as well as chatting to host Graham Norton, is well worth catching.

UNREPORTED WORLD Channel 4, 7.30pm This series lifting the lid on stories affecting people in less fashionable areas of the globe continues with reporter Marcel Theroux and his director Lottie Gammon visiting South Korea to investigate the scandal that has resulted in hundreds of modern-day slaves, many of whom have learning disabilities and have worked for years on a remote island chain.

GINO'S ITALIAN ESCAPE - ISLANDS IN THE SUN ITV, 8pm Chef Gino D'Acampo heads into the mountains of the island to see how the landscape and simple food contribute to the health and longevity of the Sardi people. …
