CHRISTMAS is coming and the games are getting phat. It's the final month of 2015, and while there's usually slim pickings at this time of year, there are a couple of gems sneaking onto the shelves in time for the fat man's arrival. Here's our pick of the month.

JUST CAUSE 3 (PS4, Xbox One, PC) Release date | : Out now RICO RODRIGUEZ is back, and this time it's personal.

Set several years after the events of Just Cause 2, our hero has left the agency behind and is heading home to the Mediterranean island of Medici, to free the people from the iron rule of General Di Ravello.

The Just Cause series has always been a massively impressive Open World gaming experience, with the aim being chaos - to simply cause as much damage as possible to win.

The game's mechanics have been overhauled since its last outing - including a permanently equipped wingsuit for nipping around the island, and the ability to grapple multiple items with your grappling hook.

Early reviews suggest a few issues with the game - citing long loading times, a baffling story line and endless grinding through tasks to earn upgrades.

Mario& LUIGI: PAPER JAM BROS (3DS) Release date: | December 4 THE world's favourite plumbers literally jump off the page in this new RPG adventure, which sees them teaming up with Paper Mario to tackle bizzare quests and strange puzzles.

Early reviews say the game is hugely enjoyable - if a little long winded - and the famous Mario Bros humour is ever present.

While the story isn't up to much, and the pacing is a little off, it's Mario! What's not to love? The Sims 4: Get Together (PC) Release date | : December 10 COME the end of the world, there will only be cockroaches, Twinkies and The Sims left.
