AMONG the cases dealt with by Teesside Magistrates' Court on December 9 were: Thomas Blythe, 22, of Teesdale Avenue, Billingham, given a three-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay PS165 court charges for drunk and disorderly behaviour.

Matthew Joshua Dawson, 24, of The Parklands, Redcar, given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay PS150 court charges, PS150 compensation and PS100 costs for drunk and disorderly behaviour and assaulting a police officer.

Nathan Bailey, 19, of Caldicot Close, Middlesbrough, disqualified from driving for 12 months, ordered to pay PS170 court charges and PS50 costs and fined PS50 for drug driving.

Jason Darren Cooper, 43, of Selbourne Street, Middlesbrough, given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay PS165 court charges for theft. Darren Crozier, 27, of East View Terrace, Middlesbrough, fined PS35 and ordered to pay PS200 court charges and PS50 costs for possessing a class B drug. Peter James Dunn, 22, of Fordy Grove, Thornaby, fined PS50 and ordered to pay PS250 compensation, PS170 court charges and PS50 costs for criminal damage.

Amy Jayne Gardiner, 28, of Bedale Avenue, Billingham, given a 12-month community order with a rehabilitation activity requirement and ordered to pay PS240 court charges for theft and breaching a conditional discharge.

Allison Mary Elizabeth Hodge, 50, of Brompton Road, Middlesbrough, given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay PS165 court charges and PS50 costs for theft.

Ian Michael Maughan, 29, of Westbourne Street, Stockton, given an eight week sentence suspended for nine months and ordered to pay PS150 court charges for theft.

Matthew Sheekey, 28 of Bradhope Road, Middlesbrough, fined PS75 and ordered to pay PS150 court charges, PS50 costs and PS18 compensation for theft and breaching a conditional discharge.

Dean Toole, 27, of Daleville Close, Middlesbrough, given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay PS165 court charges and PS50 costs for theft. …
