AMONG the cases dealt with by Teesside Magistrates' Court on December 10 were: Karl Jeffrey Heaton, 35, of Embleton Close, Stockton, jailed for 24 weeks and ordered to pay PS230 court costs for theft, breaching a suspended sentence and breaching a conditional discharge. Robert Christopher Maurice Kelly, 33, of Marton Road, Middlesbrough, jailed for 24 weeks and ordered to pay PS248.92 compensation and PS150 court charges for theft, breaching a conditional discharge, failing to surrender to custody.

Yvette Paula Harris, 45, of Westbourne Street, Stockton, jailed for 16 weeks for theft and breaching a conditional discharge.

Dion Stuart Hatfield, 34, of Windlestone Road, Billingham, fined PS160 and ordered to pay PS170 court charges and PS40 costs for theft and failing to surrender to court.
