HOW was your Christmas? Lots of good cheer, good food and good fun I hope.

How was the Christmas pudding? Still sitting in your belly or have you grown your own? Time for a workout.

Those of you who've been in Coffs Harbour for a while have no doubt heard and maybe witnessed jetty jumping. A whole lot of fun can be had down there at the very popular Coffs Harbour jetty and this week I'm going to add some fitness fun for everyone in the form of a jetty circuit workout.

Grab a friend, wear your sports shoes, sunnies, hat and sunscreen, towel, water and, if you have one, take a theraband or exercise band with you.

Warm up by walking/jogging to the end of the jetty and back and move to the first bench.

1. Bench squats. Sit down then stand up 20 times on the first bench at the jetty.

2. Face the bench and toe tap the top of it 20-30 times. Pick up your pace Zorba the Greek style.
