FOR Adam Bray, property is less of a career and more a way of life.

Adam has loved real estate for as long as he can remember, and the locally-raised property valuer had the opportunity to move back to town to manage the company Opteon, an opportunity he said he grasped with both hands.

Adam, 25, said he was a "born and bred Rocky boy" who spent his weekends growing up playing sport with mates and his weekdays at Emmaus College. After finishing Year 12, Adam went straight into full-time work and study at CQUniversity to complete his Bachelor of Property, while starting his training in the field.
