25m pool is about 1/12th the capacity of the Grafton Olympic Pool.

The water in the 25m pool will take two hours to pass through the filtration system.

IF YOU think the wait for the South Grafton pool complex to reopen has seemed long, imagine watching as the pools fill again, creeping up 125mm every hour.

Workers refilled the pools over the past two days, and the complex is set to reopen on Sunday after extensive works were undertaken.

The work on the pool, hydrotherapy pool and gymnasium complex is almost complete after closing in March.

Clarence Valley Council works and civil director, Troy Anderson, said he work included major upgrades of the hydrotherapy toilet and change room amenities. …
