Mother of Kidnapped Toddler Has Suffered

THE mum whose toddler was snatched in Primark by two teen age sisters cannot move on from the trauma.

Two months on from the abduction, she said she is haunt ed by the terrifying events.

Her life has been ruined by the 90 minutes of panic she endured before her twoyearold girl was tracked down by police.

The mum told friends: "I am traumatised by the whole ordeal.

"I have tried my best to move on but it still haunts me.

"Those moments of her absence are something I can never get back."

The mum, in her 30s and from Tyneside, said she is "mentally and emotionally drained".

She added: "I have had to move and cannot shake the feeling that everyone knows it's me.

"My only happiness is knowing my daughter is doing fine."

The girl was snatched from her pram under her mum's nose in the store in Newcastle city centre. …
