JAZMYNE Pinochi would have died if not for blood transfusions.

The partner of CQ Capras hardman Peter Gallen nearly left behind her man and the couple's two beautiful children, Hunta, 2 and Milla.

During the birth of Milla 15 months ago, Jazmyne went into labour six weeks early and had a placenta abruption. She was bleeding internally for two days and needed an emergency caesarean.

If not for the generosity of blood donors, her blood loss would have proven fatal.

"They got Milla out in time but I was still haemorrhaging quite badly once she was out. They took her to Brisbane straight away but I had to get the transfusions straight away before I could do anything," Jazmyne revealed.

"It was terrifying. I was alone. Pete went straight down to Brisbane to be with her.

"So I was left in Gladstone for quite a while by myself. I was devastated but I needed the blood, I just knew she was in better hands than me. …
