SAINTS AND STUNNERS; Rampant Celtic Tough to Beat Even If Wright Parks Two Buses MR FIXIT PAUL JAIN@MRFIXITSTIPS

TOMMY WRIGHT says he has a masterplan to beat Celtic - but he's on to a loser unless it involves locking them in the dressing room.

The St Johnstone boss is a wily operator and must have been impressed with the 5-2 rout of Hapoel Beer Sheva even though he preferred to criticise the Israelis.

We know Saints won't be as open in today's lunchtime clash but Celtic are beginning to motor under Brendan Rodgers and I can't see anything but an away win unless he makes big changes.

Some rotation is likely ahead of Tuesday's second leg in Beersheva but Rodgers knows the job is done - they are 1-20 at McBookie to make the groups - and can concentrate on the task in hand in Perth.

Celtic are no bigger than 4-6 at Betfred and many people don't like backing odds-on aways. Saints are 19-4 at bet365 with the draw 31-10 with McBookie.

Rodgers's side have netted 12 in their last three games - including five against Motherwell and Hapoel - so goals could be the preferred option. Celtic 2+ is short at 8-11 so I'd consider over 2.5 team goals at 9-4 with bet365 and Celtic -1 at 17-10 with McBookie.

Saints are unbeaten in 15 and have banged in at least three in three of their last four outings and we saw on Wednesday how easily the Hoops can concede. Over 2.5 goals look a good call at 4-5 (Ladbrokes).

WIN score market partly you win big stakes. Today Hibs to beat as they always score and well as Raith Dunfermline derby. Add Peterborough in English Pays 76-1 at Leigh Griffiths is man of the moment after his dazzling double against Hapoel and is 21-20 at McBookie and Ladbrokes to score again and 4-1 to break the deadlock.

Punters are backing Celtic for a clean sweep with McBookie cutting them to 6-1 for the Treble.

Rangers beat Motherwell 2-0 at Fir Park in the Betfred Cup and should do so again after picking up their first Premiership win at Dundee last week. …
