MOTORS, music and rodeos: these are just some of the activities people can expect at the third annual Central Queensland Bikes, Bulls, Buggy's and Bands camping festival later this month.

Running from September 23-25 at Donnybrook station, CQBBBB is a multi-sport event with an emphasis on games made for the Australian bush.

"This year we're going to feature dirt type racing and mud buggies, as well as motorbike events such as an Enduro-cross, flat track and a two day trail ride.

"We've also got a kids track this year, so everyone can get involved.

"It's going to be a real family friendly event."

Organisers are expecting around 8000-10,000 visitors over the weekend.

While the days will be packed with activities, the evenings also feature a full roster with live entertainment organised every night.

"Friday night will kick off with a rodeo, which will continue on Saturday as well," Mr Robke said. …
