Celebrity chef Mai Pham and ABC's "Good Morning America" host Amy Robach will talk about healthy living at the annual Girls' Day Out.

The Baptist Health and WJCT Public Broadcasting event will be from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront.

Wellness experts and physicians will discuss a variety of topics in more than 20 breakout sessions. Activities will include yoga, health screenings, healing touch therapy and chair massages.

Robach will speak at 2:15 p.m. about overcoming breast cancer. She chronicled her 12-month journey in her 2015 book "Better: How I Let Go of Control, Held On to Hope, and Found Joy in My Darkest Hour."

Pham, a chef, cookbook author and Food Network contributor, will host a cooking demonstration at 8:30 a.m. Pham opened Lemon Grass, the first Vietnamese and Thai restaurant in Sacramento, Calif., in 1989.

Tickets for Girls' Day Out are $40 and benefit WJCT. …
