Busking with Entertainment; Coffs' Annual Festival Brings a World of Comedy and Street Performance to Town

THESE September school holidays and upcoming long weekend, Coffs Harbour will play host to the annual Buskers and Comedy Festival which promises to have something in its program for every member of the family.

While most events are free entry, audiences are asked to make a donation to the busker's hat at the end of the show.

The festival kicks off on Sunday, September 25 and runs until the following Sunday, October 2.

Acts are from every state in Australia, New Zealand, Kenya, Chile and the brand new European country of Kasador.

First and foremost, families are well catered for with kids' day being held on Tuesday, September 27.

This is a ticketed show with tickets available via the festival website coffsharbourbuskers.com. Very well priced at just $10 (+ booking fee) each child over 18 months, this show has the added bonus that accompanying parents are admitted free.

The event will be held at Coffs Racing Club in Howard St and features more than five hours of non-stop entertainment including a 40-strong group of cheerleaders, African acrobats, hip hop dancers, a BMX trick cyclist, a magician, fire acts, as well as rides, jumping castles and more. …
