Get rockin'

GET your pop-rock fix at Agnes Water Tavern tonight or tomorrow night. Solo musician Todd Keightley will entertain pub-goers from 8pm. He's no stranger to the area with his first EP, released in 2002, being recorded at his old family caravan on a deserted beach at Agnes Water.

Get kick out of finals

IT is a big weekend for AFL and NRL footy lovers. Don't forget to tune in on Saturday at 2pm on channel 7 for the Swans vs Bulldogs. The rugby league match coverage starts at 6.30pm with kick off at 7.15pm.

HEAD to Gladstone Aquatic Centre on Sunday for the giant pool inflatable on Sunday from 10.30am to 12.30pm.

Swim, run, cycle

AGNES Water Triathlon is this Sunday. The race starts at 7.30am at Tom Jeffrey Memorial Park. Registrations can be made before 6.30am. There are two races, one with a 375m swim, 10km cycle and 2.5km run, and another with a 750m swim, 20km cycle and 5km run.
