OF ALL the things that require a little extra TLC in January, your lips are right up there with your liver and your bank balance. Treat yourself We all know that the benefits of a balm are bountiful, but have you tried a lip oil? Just like swapping your moisturiser for a night oil is like waving a magic wand over your winter complexion, a lip oil can lock in more moisture than its emollientbased counterpart. (3) Hourglass's No 28 Lip Treatment Oil (PS34, spacenk.com) contains 28 softening ingredients, including 14 essential oils, 10 lipid-rich plant oils and four nourishing vitamins -- and features a 24ct-gold-plated tip.
