Duo Hard Drive to Rock Clocktower Friday

AFTER playing music together in high school, Dwayne Doyle and Stephen Herbert reunited a few years ago to drive a hard night of hits from the last four decades.

"Five or six years ago we met some good friends, Michael and Mandy Dobney (Whos's Charlie), they are basically a duo who use backing tracks of popular songs, so they are the ones that got us involved," Stephen said.

"They have been a bit of an influence on us.

"We do a lot of backing tracks and we play over the top of the tracks."

The duo used to spend a lot of time jamming together in high school.

"We use to do music together at school and we used to muck around a bit with old guitars and amps, but it's only when we reunited five or six years ago, we got serious about our music," Stephen said. …
