Partner David Wilson has been appointed head of the Newcastle Office and fellow partner Greg Davison has been appointed head of office agency. The pair will take up their new roles in June.

Mr Wilson has been leading the project and building consultancy team in Newcastle for over 20 years and manages relationships with many of the firm's key clients, including over 60 NHS trusts. He takes over the head of the office role from Tony Hordon who is joining Parabola, a long-standing Cushman & Wakefield client.

Mr Davidson joined DTZ in Newcastle in 2002 having spent the previous five years with a Central London office agency and he is currently a partner in Cushman & Wakefield's capital markets team in Leeds and will return to Newcastle in an agency role.

| Golf resort operator QHotels has appointed Andrew Fox as regional general manager for the group's northern hotels, a role which includes the position of on-site general manager at Slaley Hall in Northumberland.

In addition to his position at Slaley Hall, Mr Fox - who has more than 20 years' experience with some of the UK's best-known hotel brands - will oversee operations at two further QHotels golf resorts: Aldwark Manor, near York, and the Westerwood Hotel, near Glasgow.

His expertise will be used to grow Slaley Hall's leisure offering, including its spa, health club and two on-site restaurants, as well as the hotel's meeting spaces and championship-standard golf facilities. He said: "I'm keen to reinstate Slaley Hall's reputation as a luxury resort. Set in 1,000 acres of Northumberland countryside, the hotel has something for everyone, from taking a luxury spa or activity break, to using its meeting or corporate golf facilities."

Nanette Brimble has over 16 years' experience working in-house and consulting for a range of businesses, including Yorkshire Building Society, Opera North and the Hay Group and brings a wealth of people and business management experience to the role. …
