BINGE watching TV shows is now the most common way to unwind

With Netflix, Stan, Foxtel etc you can basically disappear into a different world with the click of a button.

But is your weekend being wasted by six episodes of Game of Thrones and double features?

Many relish and continue to get lost for hours on end in the latest shows.

Turns out that 61 per cent of TV streamers regularly engage in binge watching, but for some reason I have started to feel guilty about my extended screen time and I have ended up feeling empty after I overindulge.

So this week I have changed my binge watching habits and I pretended it was the 90s.

Where back in the day we would wait a whole week to watch another episode of Seinfeld.

As tempting as it was to roll on and consume five hours of Jerry and the gang and do nothing, I have walked away from the screen and looked for something. …
